Image Direct featured in the Traralgon Journal this week with an article highlighting our efforts to support local businesses by getting them online. Businesses without an online presence are missing out to their competitors on sales from electronic commerce, so we are trying to get as many businesses in The Latrobe Valley online to create Australia’s first ‘digital postcode’. Our fantastic customers have nominated Image Direct as their favourite retail business as part of the ‘People’s Choice Award 2010’ which is designed to celebrate the achievements of businesses in the Latrobe City. Unfortunately we didn’t win first prize in our category, but it was great to be recognised by the public, and we attended a lovely gala evening at the Traralgon Vineyard with many other local businesses.

The Gippsland wide awards have approx. 400 entrants across 11 categories.The Finalists are the top 5 entrants in each category and the winner is read out on the Gala Award night - Image Direct won in the Property, Finance & Business Services category.
