How to play traditional Anzac 2 Up
It’s as easy as falling off a log; just load up the app, press “start”, and you’re halfway there.
Just whack your thumb on the kip (that’s the wooden paddle in the middle of your screen) and give your gadget a flick, or just tap the screen if you don’t want to spill your beer!
Now here’s where some rules come in to play: two heads is “headed”, and two tails is “tailed”. No worries with that one! It start to get a bit curly when your spinner throws “odds”, a head and a tail.
If he throws just one, not much happens, but if he throws odds five times in a row, you’re in luck! Betting on that is called “odding out” and it can get you some serious moolah! But only on ANZAC day, because on any other day betting on 2-up is illegal, unless you’re at an applicable casino!
So download the app and have a crack at with your mates!

Q: I’ve bought the app but it doesn’t do anything when I open it!
Looks like a dodgy download, try deleting the app and redownloading. Don’t worry, you won’t have to pay for it again.
Q: This looks pretty ridgy-didge, but I don’t have a credit card.
You’ve got two choices, try before you buy with the free version, or grab an Apple Gift Card and stick some credit on your account.
Q: My iPhone/iPod/iPad has gone and jumped out of my hands while I was throwing!
If your phone/thingamajig is OK, consider using the tap method instead of flicking. Otherwise, have a look, then see if your insurance can cover the damage.
